Returns
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.

Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.

Please contact us immediately by clicking Contact Us for the return address and do not send anything to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back and we'll promptly refund your money. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us for the correct return shipping address.

 

Cancellations
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product unless the product is incorrect. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

 

Sale Items
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days (usually within 24 hours), expect to get it within 7-15 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries (Usually 8-12 days via epacket a USPS delivery product when received into the United States if it didn't originate in the USA) may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.
